Step 1 - Registration Fee

  1. 1.It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Presentation Schedule.
  2. The regular fee will cover YOUR PAPER PRESENTATION CERTIFICATE,YOUR PAPER PUBLICATION FEE AND DOI.
  3. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
  4. Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference/SEMINAR.
  5. Registration fee for each PRESENTATION IS 2000 Rs WHICH IS GIVEN ONLY AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF THE PAPER.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

·     Authors have to sign (for the individual paper)registration Form, and email that in  PDF/JPG/PNG format. 

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission

·     All the paper must adhere to guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done.

·     If the author is NOT able to format the paper according to the conference requirement then we will provide the formatting facility without any extra charges.

Step 4 – Registration ONLY

·     Email ,the filled registration form   (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract  (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: poonamshodh@gmail.com

·     One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference  and can get  all as mentioned in.

·     If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author will get a special discount of  20%  on the registration fees in order to publish the additional paper.
